The Role: The Senior Corporate Counsel will be responsible for empowering Interra Health commercial teams with thoughtful transactional advice, while providing interpretations on strategic topics and risk management for one or more Interra Health brands. You’ll serve as an advisor on various legal matters, provide transactional support on enterprise level agreements (e.g. NDAs, vendor contracts, BAAs), and contribute to product strategy and policies in alignment with legislative changes and statutory compliance while aligned with the mission and vision of the company.
