In this role, you'll have a clear mission: deliver 15% conversion rate growth in a quarter. Unlike companies where CRO specialists simply make recommendations, you'll drive the entire process: from data analysis and hypothesis generation to creating high-fidelity mockups, collaborating with developers on implementation, and ultimately owning the performance outcomes. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → rollout. Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high-impact opportunities. Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision and maintain brand integrity. Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment. Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and quality throughout the process. Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor, making confident scaling decisions. Document learnings and build a systematic testing roadmap for continuous conversion growth.
