What you will do: Own executive-level relationships and strategic engagement for a portfolio of enterprise and high-value customers — building trust from engineers to the C-suite Collaborate with customer teams on Sysdig deployments, architecture, and operational best practices Drive alignment between customer business goals and Sysdig 's technical capabilities through Success Planning and Outcome Mapping Lead Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) and ongoing strategic touchpoints with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Develop deep knowledge of customer environments to proactively identify risks and opportunities for optimization, expansion, and innovation Lead and contribute to hands-on workshops that help customers unlock the full value of the Sysdig platform Support Sales in renewal and expansion discussions by demonstrating measurable value realization and usage growth Identify and mi
