We are seeking an experienced Senior D365 CE (Customer Engagement) Developer to play a key role in a major digital service transformation. This program focuses on delivering enhanced digital workflows, smoother technology integrations, and easier, more equitable access to services. Operating within a high-volume public institution you will bridge the gap between complex enterprise systems and customer-facing digital touchpoints. This isn't just a back-end configuration role; it is a highly collaborative, technical position where your skills in front-end portals and enterprise integration will directly optimize customer engagement and improve everyday lives. Key Responsibilities CRM Development & Extension: Design, develop, and implement secure CRM solutions, custom plugins, APIs, and workflows based on business requirements.
