About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Data & AI/ML Engineer to help Wellfit unlock the value of its data through applied AI, machine learning, analytics, and production-ready data products. This is a hands-on, business-facing technical role for someone who can work deep in the data, understand business context, identify patterns and anomalies, and help translate insights into action. The right person will not only know how to build models, train models, use models for inference, and work with modern data platforms — they will also understand why the data matters and how it can help the business grow. This role is ideal for someone who has strong data and AI/ML grounding, can operate with high initiative, and wants the opportunity to build something meaningful using modern tools. You will help Wellfit identify opportunities, understand performance variance across practices and product lines, uncover correlations, and develop insights that can support better decision-making, stronger customer outcomes, and future product monetization.
