What you'll do Partner with Product, Commercial, and Business stakeholders to solve complex business challenges through data, transforming ambiguous questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations. Design, define, and maintain business KPIs, ensuring metric consistency, data quality, and alignment across teams and regions. Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, diagnose business issues, evaluate opportunities, and support strategic decision-making. Design and maintain scalable analytical solutions, including semantic models, Power BI dashboards, and self-service reporting that enable informed business decisions. Lead deep-dive investigations, root cause analyses, and impact assessments for product launches, commercial initiatives, and operational performance. Design and evaluate experiments, measure business impact, and provide data-driven recommendations based on statistical evidence. Leverage AI tools (such as LLMs, code assistants, and AI-powered analytics solutions) to accelerate data exploration, automate repetitive analyses, improve documentation, and enhance productivity while ensuring analytical accuracy. Transform analytical findings into compelling stories that clearly communicate business impact and influence decisions across technical and executive audiences.
