Your role We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst in Amsterdam to deepen our understanding of the dynamics of our business, optimize decision making, help improve our processes, and bring transparency to our business performance. You will support the company in delivering one of our core objectives: improving our customer experience . In this role, you will join our Data & Insights team and be responsible for driving data-driven decision making within our Operations and Energy teams, as well as cross-functionally around Customer Experience . As we are a small team, this role is an end-to-end Data Analyst role : it’s not only about uncovering insights and communicating them to your stakeholders, but also about building solid data foundations for facilitating analysis & automation in the future , whether it’s for ourselves, for our analysts community or for AI!
