Senior Data Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to support a strategic initiative focused on enhancing data integration capabilities and expanding the scope of data feeds into a centralized data platform for reporting and analytics. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, solution architects, information security teams, and third-party providers to define requirements, ensure data quality, support testing activities, and deliver high-quality data solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements for new and enhanced data feeds. Support the definition of data extraction, transformation, and reconciliation requirements. Collaborate with Solution Architecture and Information Security teams to ensure solutions align with established standards and governance requirements. Work closely with third-party vendors and internal teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Support the investigation and resolution of issues, defects, and queries identified during testing phases. Partner with business SMEs to validate that delivered data meets reporting, analytics, and operational requirements. Assist with comparison testing and dual-running activities between existing and new data solutions. Maintain data dictionaries, business glossaries, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Contribute to data quality assurance and reconciliation processes. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment across all project phases.
