Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: Senior Data Engineer – Talend Experience: Senior-level Data Engineering Focus: Talend, ETL/ELT, Data Integration, SQL We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Talend and data integration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and supporting scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data solutions in production environments. The role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, experience with modern DevOps practices, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend . Integrate data from multiple systems and sources to support business and analytics requirements. Develop and optimize data transformation and integration processes. Troubleshoot complex data and pipeline issues and perform root cause analysis. Ensure data pipelines are reliable, maintainable, testable, and production-ready. Participate in code reviews and follow development and data engineering best practices. Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements and deliver data solutions. Support deployments, releases, and production environments. Mandatory Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Talend for ETL/data integration. Strong experience developing and supporting production-grade data pipelines . Solid knowledge of SQL and data transformation concepts. Experience with Git and version control . Working knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, release pipelines, and observability . Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex data issues. Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams.
