Senior Data Management Executive

Informa Markets , a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business. We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets. We are looking a Senior Data Management Executive to join our Central Marketing team. This role will be based at Ha Phan Building. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Data management You will play a crucial role in building a comprehensive database of potential visitors, which will be instrumental in our efforts to enhance event attendance and create more engaging experiences for our customers. Efficiently gather data on visitors to our events, including demographic information, preferences, feedback, and contact details. Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to extract relevant data from diverse sources, including registration forms, attendee surveys, and digital interactions. Organize and consolidate data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and completeness & upload to organization standardize systems. Work closely with regional Data team to ensure the integrity and security of visitor data. Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential visitors, keeping it current and accurate. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data findings and translate them into actionable recommendations. Visitor Database Development Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of a comprehensive visitor database.
