The Position: FastSpring is looking for a Senior Data Product Manager who has operated as a product innovator and data steward to drive both product innovation in analytics and trust for our sellers. FastSpring is a SaaS leader in subscription billing. This person will be responsible for executing the product strategy by discovering and delivering winning solutions that solve unmet needs, delights customers, and drive business growth. You will work cross-functionality with various teams and executives to identify market growth opportunities, prioritize features, and execute go-to-market strategies. This role will report to the VP of Product who reports to the CPTO. Responsibilities: Define, evangelize, and execute a data product roadmap that services our sellers needs by providing actionable insights in and out of the FastSpring ecosystem. Gather data use cases for both external and internal customers to craft a next generation data warehouse for improved efficiency and performance and partner with data engineering to implement it. Identify and prioritize new product opportunities based on internal and external research and deep understanding of customer challenges and market trends. Work closely with a dedicated agile development team to define user stories, research appropriate technical solutions, coordinate delivery, and drive adoption. Gather and synthesize user feedback from various inputs to identify, prioritize, and champion new product opportunities to drive business outcomes.
