Senior Data Scientist, Marketing

Expert communication, problem-solving, and having an innovative spirit will be the keys to success in this role. You'll be working cross-functionally with teams of Product Engineers, Product Managers, Data Engineers, Sales and Marketing Managers on some of the most critical projects in the company. Responsibilities: Lead and conduct deep-dive research to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expansion of products to support consumer and Small Businesses; Design, develop, and program methods, processes, and systems to consolidate and analyze unstructured, diverse data sources to generate actionable insights and solutions for client services and product enhancement; Develop and code software programs, algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources; Research and develop audience segmentation, propensity and recommender models to enable personalized experiences, improving customer engagement and increasing sales; Manage data governance and best practices to ensure data integrity and privacy by design; Identify impactful metrics to understand the performance of business initiatives and products, define key performance indicator metrics, and ingrain these metrics into the teams’ day-to-day decision-making; and Interpret and communicate insights and findings from analysis and experiments to product, service, and business managers. What we're looking for: Requires a Master's degree in Business Analytics and Project Management, Data Science, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent.
