This role is ideal for a commercially-minded creative who understands the intersection between content, performance marketing, and ecommerce growth. You will be responsible for creating and optimising high-performing video creatives across TikTok, Meta, and other paid social platforms, helping some of the UK's fastest-growing ecommerce brands acquire customers and scale profitably. This is more than a traditional editing role. You'll work closely with our creative strategists, media buyers, designers, and content creators to bring concepts to life, identify winning creative patterns, and continuously improve performance through testing and iteration. The ideal candidate combines exceptional editing skills with a strong understanding of direct-response advertising, short-form content trends, and platform-native creative best practices.
