Responsibilities: The Senior Director, Commercial Strategy & Special Initiatives serves as a highly versatile commercial leader and organizational utility player responsible for driving high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across the oncology business. Reporting directly to the SVP, Specialty Businesses, this role provides strategic leadership, operational execution, and change management support for key commercial priorities. The individual will operate as a trusted extension of the SVP, leading projects that span sales, marketing, business development, market access, operations, customer experience, product implementation, and organizational transformation. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, the ability to influence without authority, exceptional project management skills, and the agility to move between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
