Learn more about Axel Springer . We're hiring a Senior Director, Content Analytics & Special Projects to join our Content team at EMARKETER. The Role and Team: This role sits within EMARKETER's Content organization and is responsible for driving strategic innovation across our research infrastructure while leading content analytics for the business. You will lead a portfolio of high-impact initiatives focused on modernizing the data, systems, and workflows that power our research products, while also helping shape content strategy through analytics and performance insights. Working closely with Content, Forecasting, Data Products, and Product & Technology leadership, you'll play a critical role in advancing how EMARKETER creates, manages, and delivers industry-leading research. This is a hybrid role based out of our New York City office, with regular in office expectations. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future and be within commuting distance of our New York City office. The Ideal Candidate Is: Strategic and analytical: You can move seamlessly between research, data, and business strategy to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive meaningful organizational impact. Technically fluent: You are comfortable working with data, dashboards, and modern analytics platforms and can credibly partner with technical teams to evaluate solutions and tradeoffs. A strong project manager and cross-functional leader: You excel at aligning stakeholders across teams, translating editorial and forecasting workflows into clear requirements, and driving initiativ
