Senior Director of Finance

The Opportunity Alliance Solutions Group is a leading Sage Intacct partner for the construction industry and a fast-growing, PE-backed professional services organization. As Alliance continues to scale, we are investing in the leadership, infrastructure, and insights needed to support our next stage of growth. We are looking for a Senior Director of Finance to serve as a strategic business partner to our leadership team and help shape how we plan, measure, and make decisions across the business. This role sits at the intersection of financial planning, business intelligence, and business strategy—translating financial and operational data into clear insights that help leaders understand performance, evaluate opportunities, and make informed decisions. The right leader will bring an Alliance-first mindset and a strong understanding of how Finance can enable the broader business. They will partner closely with leaders across the organization, bring a thoughtful financial perspective to strategic conversations, and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and create value. Success in this role requires someone who can move comfortably between the details and the bigger picture—building strong financial discipline while helping Alliance scale with confidence. This is a fully remote role with quarterly travel for Leadership offsites and report directly to the CEO and sit on the Executive Leadership team.
