These span the experiences our Pros touch every day, from sending invoices to getting instant access to their funds, the risk protections that keep their money and reputation safe, as well as the platform services that other teams across the company build on. You are accountable for the outcomes that define this domain, including attach and usage, payments GMV, net take and losses, and you lead by prioritizing the solutions our Pros and internal customers actually need over delivering features.
