Senior Director, Software Engineer

Position Summary The Senior Director, Software Engineering provides strategic and operational leadership for the engineering organization and is responsible for the company's customer-facing applications and services. This executive leader is accountable for engineering strategy, organizational effectiveness, technology modernization, software quality, and delivery execution across multiple development teams. Working closely with executive leadership, Product Management, Architecture, Security, and Customer Success, this role ensures technology investments support the company's long-term business objectives while delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute the long-term engineering strategy. Align engineering investments with corporate growth objectives and product strategy. Drive technology modernization and platform evolution. Optimize engineering investments through capacity planning and resource allocation. Drive DORA metrics improvements. Implement AI-assisted software development practices.
