Who The Client Is: Our client is a Sydney-based electrical contracting business delivering high-quality electrical services across residential and commercial projects. Alongside their electrical operations, they manage a growing portfolio of property renovation, investment and development projects across Australia and the Philippines. Role Overview: The Senior Electrical Estimator & Technical Services Manager will provide hands-on estimating, tendering, CAD drafting and project support to an Australian electrical contracting team. Initially, the role will focus on preparing accurate estimates, technical drawings, tender submissions, variations and project documentation for current and prospective projects. Over time, the successful candidate will help establish and lead a Philippines-based team of estimators, CAD drafters and project support professionals. Key Responsibilities: Electrical Estimating Prepare accurate estimates for Australian residential, commercial and electrical fit-out projects Review architectural plans, electrical drawings, circuit schedules, specifications and tender documentation to determine the complete scope of work Complete detailed material, labour and equipment take-offs Prepare quotations, tender pricing, project budgets and supporting submission documents Price variations, additional works and changes in project scope Obta
