We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our growing Product & Technology organization at Hard Rock Digital. In this role, you will help build and scale the internal developer platform that powers our gaming and entertainment products—making it faster and safer for every engineering team to ship. This is a platform engineering–focused role: rather than only maintaining infrastructure, you’ll design and build self-service workflows, golden paths, and developer tooling on top of Backstage, our internal developer platform (IDP) of choice. You’ll partner with product engineering teams to understand their pain points and turn them into paved-road, self-serve capabilities—provisioning, CI/CD, environments, observability, and more—so teams can move independently without sacrificing security or compliance. You’ll also model what it means to operate at the pace of AI-enabled engineering: fluently using AI coding assistants, agentic tooling, and LLM-powered workflows to design platform capabilities faster, automate toil, and raise the bar for the entire team.
