Job's Mission As a Senior Field Service Engineer at ASM, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing advanced semiconductor capital equipment. You will serve as a technical expert in the field, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring equipment performance, reliability, and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge semiconductor technology, collaborate with global teams, and support customers across domestic and international locations. What You Will Be Working On Perform installation, qualification, preventative maintenance, and remedial repair activities on complex semiconductor capital equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related equipment issues in customer manufacturing environments. Provide timely and professional technical support to customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Interpret and utilize electronic and electro-mechanical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation to diagnose equipment issues. Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and process improvements as required. Document service activities, maintenance actions, and technical findings accurately and thoroughly. Collaborat
