Job's mission As a Senior Engineer I, Total Product Support(TPS) you will serve as the system-level technical expert for ASM’s next-generation Epitaxy (Epi) products, supporting new product introductions, customer evaluations, and high-volume manufacturing (HVM) deployments. Working closely with global engineering teams and key customers, you will drive equipment performance, maximize uptime, and ensure successful product adoption from development through production qualification. This is a highly collaborative role that combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and product ownership in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. What you will be working on Act as the system-level expert for new Epi products, supporting product evaluations, installations, and HVM readiness. Collaborate closely with Hardware, Electrical, Controls, Process, and Software Engineering teams to provide field feedback and improve product performance. Support new product development by representing customer and service requirements, including design for serviceability and manufacturability. Lead critical field issue investigations, working with local and global teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
