Role Purpose The Senior Engineer II, User Experience EUC S erves as the global owner for End User Computing (EUC) platforms, responsible for the strategy, engineering, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise workplace technologies. This role acts as the single authority for EUC platform architecture and engineering, ensuring solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business and user experience needs. The role complements the User Experience EUC Lead by owning the platform and engineering layer, enabling consistent delivery of end-user experience across regions. Responsibilities : 1. Act as the global authority for EUC platforms across all regions Own EUC services covering: Windows devices Enterprise mobility Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms Endpoint engineering broader EUC ecosystem, including but not limited to solutions such as Threat Locker Own the full-service lifecycle: strategy → roadmap → design → implementation → operations → continuous improvement Ensure global scalability while supporting regional operational and compliance needs Supports regional operations by resolving platform-level incidents and implementing long-term fixes.
