Role Overview The Senior Engineer II, Global Product Management drives revenue growth, gross margin expansion, and customer success across key semiconductor accounts such as Intel, Micron, and TSMC. This role develops aftermarket strategies, strengthens customer relationships, and promotes service-based business models that increase recurring revenue and customer value. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Business Units, and Global Services teams, the position focuses on reducing cost of ownership through parts lifecycle improvements, sourcing strategies, consumables optimization, and product design enhancements. The role also supports technical escalations, leads aftermarket activities for new product introductions, and develops pricing strategies to achieve business and profitability objectives. Key Responsibilities Own and manage strategic semiconductor customer accounts (e.g., Intel, Micron, TSMC), with full accountability for revenue growth, contract alignment, customer engagement, and aftermarket business strategy. Drive revenue and gross margin (GM) expansion by transforming customer relationships from transactional sales agreements to value-driven service and lifecycle management programs.
