We are looking for an experienced Senior Manual QA Engineer to help deliver reliable player experiences across critical customer journeys including authentication, account management, promotions, rewards, and geolocation. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality and stability of our sportsbook and casino platforms across web, mobile, API, and backend systems. This role requires strong hands-on testing expertise, an ownership mindset, and demonstrated experience using AI-assisted tools to improve QA effectiveness. What will you do? Participate in all stages of the SDLC to ensure product quality and release readiness Review product and technical requirements to develop effective test strategies and coverage Design, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and exploratory testing strategies across web, mobile, API, and backend systems Conduct regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing for critical player-facing features Identify, document, track, and help troubleshoot defects through resolution Assess release risk and provide QA recommendations for complex features and customer journeys Partner with Engineering and Product teams to identify risks early and improve quality throughout development Use tools such as Postman, Swagger, DevTo
