THE OPPORTUNITY: Allara is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of engineers building the technology that powers expert, longitudinal care for women's hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive health. You'll partner closely with product, design, and clinical stakeholders to deliver high-impact features while staying hands-on in the code. This is a player-coach role where you'll shape team direction, own measurable outcomes, and directly contribute to the platform serving 60,000+ patients nationwide. You'll lead a team of 4 engineers, with plans to grow to 6-7. Location: Hybrid (NYC). We value in-person collaboration and aim for at least three days per week in our NYC office, with flexibility as needed.
