Role Overview Zeta Global is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to lead the Loyalty product that powers the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP). Reporting to Sr. Director, Engineering, this leader will own the technical execution, architecture, roadmap, and delivery for one or more core loyalty features. The role requires strong technical judgment, exceptional engineering leadership, and the ability to drive complex initiatives across multiple engineering teams. Zeta Loyalty helps brands move beyond static loyalty programs with intelligent experiences designed to deepen engagement. The next gen Zeta Loyalty platform is envisioned to be AI-powered and agentic. This is a technical leadership role.
