The Senior Engineering Manager will lead engineering delivery for critical building services and installations within a major transformation program for fossil-free steel production. The role is responsible for coordinating and delivering engineering activities across HVAC, VVS, potable water, BMS integration, and sprinkler systems to ensure safe, cost-effective, and timely execution of the Cold Mill Complex at the Luleå site. This position operates within the Transformation Office supporting future steel mills and plays a key role in enabling construction and commissioning readiness through robust engineering leadership, interface management, and technical decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage engineering activities for large-scale brownfield and greenfield CAPEX projects, with primary focus on building services including ventilation, heating/VVS, potable water systems, and BMS/HVAC integration. Own interface coordination and constructability reviews (gränsdragning) to identify clashes, reduce rework, and optimize plant layouts. Ensure engineering deliverables meet safety, quality, regulatory, and project requirements throughout design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
