As a Senior Equipment Engineering Technician at ASM, you will play a critical role in supporting advanced semiconductor manufacturing and R&D operations. In this hands-on, technology-rich role, you will work directly with ASM's advanced thermal and plasma ALD systems, ensuring the tools that enable next-generation chip manufacturing perform at their highest levels. You will be part of an expert engineering environment, troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and automation systems while partnering closely with equipment, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to solve challenging hardware and process issues. Whether you are investigating alarms, performing preventative maintenance, supporting equipment installations, leading root-cause analysis efforts, or driving continuous improvement activities, your work directly contributes to ASM's reputation for world-class reliability, innovation, and performance.
