About the role: As a Senior Enterprise Security Engineer, you will help protect Faire's corporate environment across endpoint, network, identity, and SaaS, and play a key role in how we govern the safe use of AI across the company. You will apply secure-by-default standards, champion zero trust, and turn strategy into practical controls, automation, and guidance that teams adopt. Working across leadership pillars, you will help shape our AI governance approach and own much of how it gets put into practice. This is a role for someone who is strong hands-on and ready to grow their scope and influence across IT, Engineering, Legal, People, Finance, and Product. What You’ll Do: Help shape and operate Faire's AI governance program: acceptable-use standards, data protection for AI tools, vendor and model risk review, and safe patterns for AI-assisted work (including agent and MCP-based integrations). Partner with IT teams to harden endpoint management, corporate infrastructure, identity services, and networking.
