About the role. We are looking for a Senior Finance Analytics Manager to join a lean, high-performing Finance Data team. This is a senior individual contributor role — and potential people manager — for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, data engineering, and business insight. You’ll bring deep expertise in financial data modelling, reporting infrastructure, and analytics, and be equally comfortable engaging with technical teams and senior finance stakeholders. The right person is intellectually curious, highly organised, and energised by turning complex financial data into reliable, scalable systems. This is a high-ownership role inside a team that delivers at pace and has direct impact on how the business operates. You’ll work on interesting, complex problems across finance and data, with genuine scope to shape the function as we grow. Day to day responsibilities. - Finance Data & Reporting: Design and maintain financial reporting pipelines, reconciliation frameworks, and data models that ensure accurate, timely outputs, translating complex accounting treatments into scalable, well-documented data solutions in close collaboration with Finance teams.
