Senior Finance Manager – Financial Control & Operations

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager – Financial Control & Operations to lead our global financial control and finance operations function. Reporting to the VP Finance, this is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy and scalability of our financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions. You will own the Group’s financial close, accounting and financial controls environment, while leading the team responsible for day-to-day finance operations. You will also play an important role in strengthening processes, systems and controls as the business continues to scale and integrate acquired businesses. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical accounting and controllership experience with a practical, operational mindset — someone who can operate independently, solve problems, improve processes and build a high-performing finance function. What You’ll Be Responsible For Financial Control & Group Reporting Own the end-to-end monthly, quarterly and annual close process across all Group entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Review consolidated management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules, ensuring appropriate accounting treatment and strong financial controls. Take ownership of complex accounting matters and technical accounting assessments, escalating only material or judgement-heavy matters to the VP Finance. Maintain and continuously improve Group accounting policies, close procedures and financial control frameworks. Ensure the integrity of the Group’s general ledgers and consistency of accounting practices across entities. Partner closely with FP&A to ensure accurate actuals, appropriate accruals and reliable financial information for forecasting and management reporting.
