Senior Financial Analyst

<p> <strong>Headquarters:</strong> Remote </p> <p><strong>About the Team</strong></p> <p>Netlify's Finance team is responsible for the financial infrastructure that keeps the business running with clarity, managing the operating model, monthly reporting, budget management, and the KPI layer that leadership relies on to make decisions. We are looking for this role to own that corporate finance cadence, and beyond that, to help reimagine what that cycle looks like in the age of AI. Netlify is leading the change of how software gets built with AI, and we believe our own finance function should be transformed the same way. If you're excited about owning critical financial processes and then rebuilding them to be faster, smarter, and more automated, this role is for you. </p> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the monthly reporting cycle end to end - actuals load, budget-vs-actuals, variance commentary, and the management reporting package providing actionable insights and explanations.</li> <li>Maintain and run the 3-statement operating model and driver-based forecast, including reforecast mechanics and scenario updates</li> <li>Own headcount and software/vendor expense forecasting, and track actuals against approved budget throughout the month</li> <li>Maintain the company-level KPI and metrics layer - ARR, NRR, gross margin, CAC payback, Rule of 40 - including data integrity and the reporting built on top of it</li> <li>Own Pigment model hygiene, integrations, and report building, keeping the system reliable and well-structured as our source of truth</li> <li>Build and maintain department-level budget tracking reports, and support department leaders with regular coverage of budget, headcount, and software spend</li> <li>Partner with GTM leadership on sales team planning and KPI tracking, serving as a reliable point of contact for spend and headcount questions</li> <li>Drive automation of manual work in the monthly close and forecast cycles using AI an
