The Role & Your Mission We're building a collaborative document platform and we need a Senior Frontend Engineer who obsesses over craft, usability, and shipping things that genuinely work for customers. You'll thrive here if you move fluidly from problem discovery to prototype to production, making smart tradeoffs along the way. What You'll Own Customer-centric problem solving. Deeply understand how customers use our product, then translate that understanding into intuitive, elegant frontend experiences. Collaborative product development. Partner closely with Product and Design to shape what gets built. You'll have a seat at the table from ideation through delivery. Real-time, collaborative editing. Architect and build a rich document editor with multiplayer collaboration features (think CRDTs, presence indicators, conflict resolution) that feels seamless at scale. High-quality frontend code. Write performant, well-tested TypeScript and React that your teammates (and your future self) will thank you for. We value readability, maintainability, and thoughtful abstractions.
