The work: Seeking highly skilled Full-Stack Senior Engineers to drive rapid development in an AI-assisted environment. Candidates must be adept at leveraging AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Amazon Q Developer) to accelerate delivery, while applying strict human oversight to validate, secure, and maintain complex enterprise code. Candidate should have experience in designing and writing AI models. Key Responsibilities: Write, review, and refactor Java (Spring Boot) back-end and Angular 21 front-end code. Use AI tools to generate boilerplate, write unit tests, and perform application modernization tasks. Ensure AI-generated outputs strictly adhere to security, AWS cloud architecture, and PostgreSQL database standards. Manually review, debug, and optimize code to prevent integration issues and low-quality abstractions. Here's what you need: Bachelors degree and 10+ years of software engineering experience. 5+ years experience in Java/Springboot, Angular(version 17 or higher), PostgreSQL, and AWS environments. 2+ years demonstrated experience working in AI-assisted development workflows.
