Senior Full-Stack Developer (Backend-Oriented)

Role overview: We're seeking a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to join our core R&D team and help build our cloud-based platform. You'll work across the stack, shaping the architecture, implementing new features, optimizing performance, and mentoring team members to uphold high standards. Requirements: 5+ years of backend development in Node.js (C#, Java, or C++ experience also relevant), plus solid working experience with React. Proven production experience with microservices architecture. Strong skills with both relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling and query optimization. Solid experience designing, building, and integrating REST APIs. Familiarity with AWS or a similar cloud provider. Ability to own a module or technical project end to end and drive it independently. Strong software design fundamentals (principles, patterns) and a self-driven approach to problem-solving. English — Upper-Intermediate level and above, with strong verbal and written communication. Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a strong advantage. Nice to have: Experience developing high-scale SaaS solutions. Deep understanding of CI/CD and QA automation processes.
