Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Contract Intelligence & AI)

JOB OVERVIEW Plan A Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Contract Intelligence & AI) to build our contract intelligence application end-to-end. In this role, you will own the entire technical stack from building the Python backend and modern web frontend to implementing document-review interfaces and integrating agentic AI systems. If you have deep expertise in LLM applications, complex document processing, and a background in legal or document-heavy products, this position is for you. Please note : you must have at least 5+ years as an AI Fullstack, with experience with contract intelligence applications, to be considered for this role. JOB RESPONSIBILITY End-to-End Development: Architect, build, and maintain the contract intelligence application from the Python backend to the modern web frontend. Document-Review Interfaces: Craft highly functional, fast frontend interfaces designed specifically for complex contract review and document interaction. Agentic AI Integration: Implement and integrate agentic AI systems and LLM workflows to automate contract analysis, extraction, and intelligence. Document Processing Pipelines: Build robust pipelines to ingest, parse, process, and analyze large-scale, unstructured document formats. Cloud & Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure cloud infrastructure supporting high-volume document and AI processing. EXPERIENCE Senior-level experience building full-stack web applications using Python for the backend and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React) for the frontend. LLM & Agentic AI: Hands-on experience developing applications powered by LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval systems (RAG), and agentic workflows. Document Processing: Proven background working with complex document parsing, OCR, text extraction, and data structuring.
