What you'll own Ship backend and frontend features end-to-end across Atlas Brain, OTTO, Content Genius, Site Explorer, Rank Tracker, and GBP Galactic Design and maintain Django APIs and React/Next.js UIs that hold up under real production load Instrument your own work, observability, error tracking, performance baselines, before anything hits production Push back on specs that don't hold up and propose stronger approaches before a line of code is written Diagnose production incidents end-to-end and own them through to resolution Operate at high throughput alongside agentic tooling, using Claude Code and parallel Git worktrees as a primary development interface You'll thrive here if...
