Key responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software architecture and complex, scalable full-stack applications. Collaborate closely with AI and ML engineers, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient, high-quality software solutions. Define and drive the technical roadmap; identify, prioritize, and delegate tasks within the software development life cycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Oversee and actively contribute to the development and maintenance of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using TypeScript, React, and Node.js, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. Mentor, coach, and lead a team of full-stack developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Champion and implement automation for development, testing, and deployment processes using appropriate tools and scripting.
