Senior Full Stack Engineer (React.js & React Native)

You are comfortable working across the stack, with strong experience in React.js, React Native, backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud-based environments. You can move from understanding a business problem to designing, building, and deploying a solution with a high degree of independence. You thrive in startup, scale-up, or high-growth environments where ownership is broad, priorities evolve quickly, and speed matters. You know how to balance rapid delivery with sound technical judgment, making pragmatic decisions around architecture, scalability, reliability, and security. You are comfortable working directly with business stakeholders, challenging assumptions when needed, and leveraging modern AI-powered development tools to accelerate development and turn ideas into production-ready solutions. You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience. 8+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering, including 5+ years of hands-on experience building and delivering full-stack or end-to-end software solutions. Strong hands-on experience developing production web applications using React.js. Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining production mobile applications using React Native. Experience designing, building, and maintaining backend services and APIs using modern technologies. Experience working with relational and/or non-relational databases, including data modeling, performance, and optimization. Experience designing and implementing third-party integrations and managing data flows across multiple systems. Strong understanding of software architecture and the ability to make pragmatic technical decisions based on business and product needs
