You will join our Geo Structures department As our new Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will be part of a growing team focused on delivering challenging ground engineering schemes that support and enable the construction of new railways, ports, renewable energy facilities, highways, and high-quality new buildings. We also advise clients on the impact of new work on the existing natural and man-made environment to enable new projects to proceed sustainably and safely. Our team comprises engineers who are experts in their field, and they will guide and develop your career as you add new skills to those you bring to Geo Structures. We are looking for a discipline lead who can be client-facing, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and excel in planning and executing projects. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: Leading geotechnical tasks on medium to large projects Interfacing with clients and other stakeholders (internal and external) Providing advice and design to a multi-disciplinary project team, focusing on technical geotechnical delivery for projects or sections of large infrastructure schemes Planning and conducting analysis of geotechnical structures using various proprietary tools Guiding less experienced engineers to deliver analysis and design Providing new ideas or approaches to ground engineering challenges Carrying out research and development of new ideas and products to enabl
