Senior Global Product Manager - Peptide Synthesis & Purification

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and commercial success of our Peptide Synthesis & Purification portfolio. This is a high-impact global leadership role, combining hands-on product management with broader portfolio oversight across our Small Molecule & Synthetic Therapeutics (SMST) and Scale-Up product ranges within our Drug Discovery & Development (DDD) business. Working closely with colleagues across Product Management, R&D, Sales, Marketing and Operations, you'll define product strategy, drive innovation and lead a team of Product Managers to deliver sustainable global growth. What you'll be doing As the global product leader for our Peptide Synthesis & Purification portfolio, you will: Develop and execute the global product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle plans. Drive commercial performance, including revenue growth, profitability, market share and portfolio optimisation. Define compelling product positioning, pricing and value propositions. Translate customer insights, Voice of Customer programmes and market intelligence into winning product strategies. Identify opportunities for innovation, portfolio expansion and strategic partnerships. Lead cross-functional global product launches from concept through commercialisation. Partner with R&D to shape future technology development and product innovation. Monitor portfolio performance and market trends, driving continuous improvement and informed decisions.
