Your role at Hostinger The Brand & Creatives team is the force shaping how Hostinger is seen, perceived, and remembered - running brand, advertising, and employer branding campaigns, and designing everything from digital ads to merch to interior spaces. You won't be filling briefs from a backlog. You'll be developing advertising campaigns, pushing the visual identity forward, and making decisions that directly affect how a global brand is experienced by millions of people. This role has real creative authority - the kind that comes with genuine ownership, not just responsibility. We maintain an experiment-friendly brand book, run retrospectives, and use Jobs-To-Be-Done methodology to ground every creative decision in real customer needs.
