Purpose of Position We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to drive graphic design across the product team. This role is critical to shaping the visual identity and execution of our in-house prints and graphics for all products, ensuring evergreen print collections and seasonal product drops meet our premium brand standards. The candidate is highly organized, reliable, and adaptable, comfortable owning multiple print workstreams against a moving critical path while staying calm and structured under shifting priorities. This person is proactive in identifying and driving new initiatives that align with and support our wider business strategy, translating commercial goals into strong graphic and print solutions. They serve as the senior graphic voice for the product design team, strengthening design solutions, owning brand and print guidelines, and driving consistency across every collection and touchpoint of the brand.
