Senior IAM Engineer

As an Senior IAM Engineer at Bally’s Intralot , you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure and systems. Here's what you'll be doing: Own and manage the OneIdentity Manager platform as the organisation’s central IAM solution. Lead onboarding and integration activities for merged entities, including identity lifecycle management, provisioning, RBAC, and directory synchronisation. Collaborate with business, HR, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into IAM workflows and governance controls. Maintain integrations with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, HR systems, SaaS applications, and ITSM platforms. Manage RBAC and PAM controls to ensure secure, compliant, and least-privilege access management. Support enterprise consolidation initiatives across M365 tenants, directories, and applications. Act as escalation point for IAM incidents, troubleshooting, and operational support. Maintain IAM documentation, procedures, and governance records. Support access reviews, audits, compliance activities, and continuous platform improvement initiatives.
