Hassell is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our Sydney studio and contribute to high-quality, recognised workplace interior design projects. This is an opportunity to work within a national design team, collaborate with leading designers across studios, and help deliver spaces that influence how people work, connect and experience place. This role will suit a designer who combines strong conceptual thinking with a refined design eye and the technical confidence to bring ideas through to delivery. You will work in a focused, fast-moving project team where your contribution will be visible, valued and genuinely influential. What you will do Lead and contribute to premium workplace interiors from concept through to completion Develop compelling design concepts, spatial strategies and material palettes Produce and review documentation in Revit Present design ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders Collaborate with architects, strategists, designers, consultants and contractors Support and mentor junior designers What we are looking for Senior-level experience in a leading interiors or architecture practice A strong portfolio of recognised workplace projects Excellent conceptual design skills and a strong design sensibility Proven capability using Revit for documentation Confidence wo
