Design & Brand Evolution Collaborate directly with the Head of Design and regional Design Managers to develop an on-brand aesthetic that harmonises Numa’s Brand aesthetic and the local neighborhood vibe. Support our Research & Development team on brand concept updates and FFE (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) innovations. 2. Technical & Operational Excellence The Technical Gatekeeper: Review and approve construction documentation and specifications from external landlords, architects, and contractors. You ensure their work doesn't compromise our design intent. Tender Mastery: Prepare full tender sets for the project FFE scope—including layouts, technical drawings, and specifications. The Quality Benchmark: Partner with regional Project Managers and conduct site visits to ensure the physical product aligns perfectly with our design quality and vision. 3. Commercial Collaboration Budget Stewardship: Align closely with the Procurement team to ensure your design proposals and FFE specs meet budget targets without losing thei
