YOUR MISSION As a Senior Java Developer (m/f/d), you develop robust, scalable, and maintainable full-stack solutions for complex organisations. Your tasks: You combine deep expertise in Java/Java EE, JavaScript (ECMA), TypeScript, and SQL/JPA with clean implementation in an agile process (including Jira) and a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Implementation of business requirements — from analysis and design through to delivery Development of proof of concepts to evaluate new technologies and solution approaches Pair and mob programming to foster code quality, knowledge sharing, and team cohesion Participation in relevant Scrum events and active contribution to the agile delivery process THIS IS IMPORTANT TO US What matters to us?
