Senior Java Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer to join our dynamic team, provide technical leadership. As we are building enterprise-grade, production-deployed applications, we are looking for an experienced engineer who can guide the development of robust, secure, and scalable backend systems while mentoring team members. Key responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software architecture for complex, scalable backend applications built on Java and the Spring ecosystem. Collaborate closely with AI and ML engineers, Product Managers, and Business Stakeholders to translate complex requirements into efficient, high-quality software solutions. Contribute to and help define maintenance standards across projects ranging from new applications and functionalities to complex cross-project developments. You know how to test your software using JUnit, Mockito, ... You have experience setting up automated integration tests using Postman or other libraries Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability. Ensure comprehensive documentation of architectural decisions, development phases, and system designs; contribute to system monitoring, performance optimization, and incident resolution. Coach and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Drive technical innovation, evaluate and recommend new technologies, and promote best practices within the engineering team.
