The Senior Learning Designer will play an important role in designing AI training workshops and programs with measurable impact for learners at all levels from individual contributors to executives, with technical and non-technical backgrounds. This person will leverage their expertise in adult learning and co-design principles to design content and activities that are evidence-based, customer and user-centered, and results-driven. Based on education for employment and career development best practices, they will research, design, and refine engaging learning experiences in data, AI, and other technology areas. A successful Learning Designer will work closely with Operations, Account Management, instructors, and potential learners to ensure each program is designed to deliver a learning experience that enables impactful professional growth and advancement for our learners, while also achieving demonstrable outcomes for clients and Correlation One.
